Andrea Weckerle, founder of CiviliNation, will offer insights on how to handle online conflicts and share excerpts from her new book Civility in the Digital Age: How Companies and People Can Triumph over Haters, Trolls, Bullies, and Other Jerks

Hosted by ARMATURE Corporation’s John Gilroy, one of National Public Radio’s award-winning Computer Guys and the host of Federal News Radio’s Federal TechTalk

The event will include a book giveaway, with a formal book signing rounding out the evening.
